Roamer

News in Taiwan that a man occupied the bathroom in the carriage of a local train. The man was taking a shower with a hose and a spray nozzle, which are for cleaning. Reported by guests because the water was leaking out of the carriage. Identified by the police, the suspicious man had been noted roaming around Taipei Station, asking travelers for money through fake stories.

We don't know the original news, but setting a fit sign to alarm, warn, or indicate in a public place might help prevent misunderstandings. Strangers asking for money by leading to the police for further identification, sure and help can be a consideration.

In early Taiwan, around train stations, the equipment of chargeable toilets was usually for cleanliness and convenience, with tissues. Meanwhile, the train station is a landmark in the city. The space in the train station is for passengers passing by hurriedly, or a place to rest for a while. Seldom do people sit on the ground and occupy, avoiding an emergency for passages.

For the living expense concern, some visitors might not have enough money to stay, and some are scheduled hurriedly, and the occasional foul body odor of unhealthy in a sudden. The spending, time, and occasion concerns, the living place on the market might be of no help.

Except for the public toilets, the portable self-shower room was temporarily set up in a public place, charged, and available to those in need. Accompanied by towels, disposable pants, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Avoiding emitting the stinky odor of hopeless roamers might help them socialize. Maintaining personal hygiene also helps people to socialize.
