      In Taiwan, most people go to the hospital for help when they are sick or have an injury. Except for the medical descriptions, there are therapies you can do.

      Proper exercise, arts, and roaming on the beach or in the forest might help. Some people tend to seek religious help, but are not cheated. Wearing masks prevents air pollution and the flu. Washing hands is easy and common.  Some minor problems have simple therapies, and health supplements or food are popular nowadays, and rehabilitation aids help, with exact knowledge and consultations.

       For the protection of you and your family, an annual or a three-year-round health examination is considered.
